1. General information

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the destination country. As these are made-to-order items, orders may be subject to a prior production process (pre-order), which may result in additional delays.

In such cases, the production time may range between 10 and 15 calendar days, which will be added to the corresponding shipping time indicated below.

Except in exceptional situations such as stock shortages, orders are processed from Monday to Friday (business days).

Delivery times depend both on the destination country and the moment the purchase is made:

Spain

Orders shipped within Spain will be delivered within approximately:

  • 2 to 3 business days,
  • plus additional production time in the case of pre-order items (indicated on each product page).

European Union

Orders shipped to European Union countries will be delivered within approximately:

  • 7 to 10 business days,
  • plus additional production time for pre-order items (indicated on each product page).

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination:

Spain (Mainland) and Portugal

  • Shipping cost: €29.99

Special areas
(Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

  • Shipping cost: €39.99

Note: Shipments to the Canary Islands may experience additional delays due to customs procedures.

European Union

  • Shipping cost: €59.99

Shipments will be carried out in accordance with the applicable tax and customs regulations of the destination country.

4. Additional considerations

  • The indicated timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external circumstances (logistics, customs, etc.).
  • During high-demand periods or special promotions, preparation and shipping times may be extended.
  • For pre-order items, the total delivery time will include both the production time and the shipping time.
